Lotus Festival and Dragon Boat Races
Annual dragon boat races and Asian culture festival at
Echo Park. The 2009 event was cancelled due to lack of
funding but we hope it will be back in future years because
this is one of the best cultural festivals in Los Angeles.
Watts Summer Festival
This festival was organized to share and celebrate the culture of African
Americans with Los Angeles and the world. Includes art exhibit,
business displays, carnival, food booths, concerts, and more.
