About the Los Angeles X Games
The EXPN Summer X Games produced by ESPN have been held in Los Angeles and nearby Southern California cities since the 9th annual Summer X Games in 2003. That first year the venues were Staples Center and the Los Angeles Coliseum. Since then the events each year have been split between several venues including Staples Center in Downtown Los Angeles, the Home Depot Center in the city of Carson, and Long Beach Marine Stadium in the city of Long Beach.
